In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful
The Era of Artificial Intelligence and Machines, the age we currently live in and the period in which our physical and moral forces are evolving, has started to grow dramatically since the turn of the 21st century on the account of human thought specifically and of mankind in general to give us a glimpse of the human future. This evolution, however, doesn’t appear to have a bright future as it is surrounded by a world, negatively affected by war, dishonesty, authoritarianism and dependence. All these things contradict every aspect of the human mind, making him feel challenged to cope in difficult circumstances in search of salvation because reality is obscured by ignorance, weakness, disobedience, and breaking principles. Within these parameters, relying on the God Almighty, we proceeded from the establishment of the Alawi Islamic Center for the Study of Human Thought in the Iranian Islamic Republic (with our goal and intention of expanding), to spread knowledge in the area that supports our modest scientific endeavours into two fundamental fields, first being the Alawie thought and the second is Human thought, and what unites them is the Human thought which cannot be distinguished in its entirety, whether it exists within the confines of a certain location or beyond its borders, as the common nature of man confines him to a single circle when confronted with reality about his central inquiries concerning the reality of the world, Descent of Man, epistemology, change and movement, the social system, human life, and other topics that are still and will always be the focus of human thought. This is the reason why these two things were the main emphasis of our mission:
Alawie Thought: initiated from the purity and infallibility of the Ahl al-Bayt of the Holy Prophet Muhammad(PBUH and his family) followed by their companions and perceptive followers who spread their teachings down through the ages and what the scholars endured for sharing their sincere ideas, such as Sayed Hussein bin Hamdan Al-Khusaibi, Muhammad bin Ali Al-Jali and others up to the present day, in which their studies included theories that have constantly occupied human thought over many generations, such as the relationship between Humans, Nature and God, realms of existence, the status of human beings and theological hermeneutics. These theories have generated a wide field of scientific inquiry, that was largely absent from Alawie’s thought and in which, these conditions today call for resuscitation of it. These studies have been inspired by the spirit and essence of pure Alawie’s Thought.
Human Thought: the stages that human beings have undergone in both the Prehistoric and Historical eras, technical sciences revealed that there have been many different humanistic ideas and human beliefs on the tripartite issue, as we refer to it: God, Nature and Man. As a result of the battle of his views, humans have established multiple civilizations in the East, the West, the North, and the South, spreading his ideas across the globe. By shedding light on Human thought in its various scientific contexts, it reveals the depth, unity and reliance of this thought upon each other, this gives humans the ability to achieve this level of development. As the eastern civilizations: Babylonian, pharaonic and Indian subcontinents; have been the cradle of human thought (based on some opinions) and what this intellectual development has established in the West and the East; they helped us to expand the field of research and what makes these studies so significant is that the world is currently going through a period of knowledge expansion that started one day on this earth.
From thought to thought, this is the message that the center wishes to convey: a message of love, brotherhood, peace and communication. It is a message that contributes to the promotion of humans, society and humanity toward the achievement of the desired perfection that it pursues.
